Whether you’re a teacher, presenter, trainer or content creator, Interactive Slides can help you involve your audience directly in your presentation.<\/p>\n

  1. Open Canva<\/b> and navigate to the <\/span>Apps<\/b> section.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Search for <\/span>Interactive Slides<\/b> and open the app in a new or existing design.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select the type of interactive element you would like to add.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Set up your interactive element.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Add it to your design.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can try the Interactive Slides app without signing in.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Connecting your Vivicon account<\/span><\/h3>\n

     <\/p>\n

    You can use Interactive Slides without logging in, but connecting your Vivicon account gives you access to more features, including Slider, Guess the number, Survey and result downloads.<\/p>\n

    Connecting your account:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Open the account menu in the Interactive Slides app.<\/li>\n
    2. Select <\/span>Connect.<\/b><\/li>\n
    3. Choose the sign-in method that is most convenient for you:<\/span>\n
        \n
      1. Google<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Microsoft<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. Apple<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. Sign in with account<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      5. Follow the instructions to complete the connection.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Make sure you connect your Vivicon account to the same Canva account you use with Interactive Slides.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

        This helps ensure that your subscription, available features, usage limits and results are correctly recognized when you use the app in Canva.<\/span><\/p>\n

        Using a different Canva account may prevent you from accessing everything included with your Vivicon account.

        3. Understanding your plan and usage limits<\/span><\/h3>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Interactive Slides offer different usage limits and features depending on your Vivicon plan.
        \nYou don\u2019t need to memorize your limits before you start.<\/p>\n

        The app helps you keep track of your usage and lets you know when you reach a limit.<\/p>\n

        Depending on your plan, the following limits may apply:<\/p>\n

        Participants per year:<\/strong>
        \nThe maximum number of participants who can join your Interactive Slides presentations over the course of one year.<\/p>\n

        Participants per presentation:<\/strong>
        \nThe maximum number of participants who can join a single presentation.<\/p>\n

        Interactive slides per presentation:<\/strong>
        \nThe maximum number of interactive slides you can add to one Canva presentation.<\/p>\n

        AI Poll generations:<\/strong>
        \nThe number of Polls you can generate with AI within a presentation may depend on your plan.<\/p>\n

        Additional features:<\/strong>
        \nFeatures such as Access results<\/strong> and the Custom style setting<\/strong> are only available with an active Vivicon subscription.<\/p>\n

        What happens when I reach a limit?<\/strong>
        \nIf you reach one of the limits included in your current plan, the app will let you know.<\/p>\n

        Depending on the limit, you may not be able to:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • allow additional participants to join during the subscription period,<\/li>\n
        • allow more participants to join a specific presentation,<\/li>\n
        • add another interactive slide to your presentation,<\/li>\n
        • or generate another Poll with AI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          If a feature is not included in your current subscription, you may also be prompted to upgrade your plan to access it.<\/p>\n

          Where can I check my usage?<\/strong>
          \nYour current usage is displayed directly at the bottom of the Interactive Slides app\u2019s main interface.<\/strong><\/p>\n

          Here you can quickly check your usage while creating your presentation, without opening a separate section.<\/p>\n

          \ud83d\udca1 Tip:<\/strong> If you’re preparing a presentation for a larger audience, check your participant usage and plan limits before the session starts.<\/p>\n
