User data is used exclusively for logging into the system and for sharing suggestions related to creating presentations, as well as informing users about new features.
To enable participation in a presentation, the software performs an identification step when participants join. For this, participants choose which service they want to use to identify themselves. Several well-known, globally trusted services with appropriate security measures are available, such as Google, Apple ID, or Microsoft user accounts.
During the joining process, identification is handled by these providers, meaning we do not receive or store passwords or any other data related to those services. As part of the identification, we only receive the information necessary to know which user has joined the presentation.

Resetting the results starts a new data-collection phase, so downloaded results only include responses submitted after the reset.
