1. Viewing and downloading results
After your presentation, you can download the collected responses.
Some result-management features open on the Vivicon platform when accessed from Canva. This is expected.
Results can be downloaded as Excel files.
For Surveys/ Forms, individual participant submissions can be available.
For other interactive slide types, results are available in aggregated form.
2. Analytics
The Analytics section helps you keep track of how the Interactive Slides app is being used.
It allows you to monitor participant usage and understand how your current usage relates to your subscription plan.
Your available usage depends on your current Vivicon plan.
💡 Tip: Check Analytics before a large presentation if you are unsure how much participant capacity you still have.
3. Resetting interactive slides
Resetting your results lets you reuse the same presentation with a new audience.
Use the reset option when you want to start a fresh data-collection session.
Resetting:
- removes previously submitted responses,
- clears response counts,
- and prepares your interactive slides for a new audience.
After a reset, downloaded results only include responses submitted during the new data-collection phase.
