1. Do I need a Vivicon account?
No. You can start using Interactive Slides without a Vivicon account.

However, connecting your Vivicon account gives you access to additional features and subscription benefits.

2. Which Canva account should I connect to my Vivicon account?
Make sure you connect your Vivicon account to the same Canva account you use with Interactive Slides.

This helps ensure that your subscription, available features, usage limits and results are correctly recognized when you use the app.

3. What should I do if my interactive slide isn't displaying in my Canva design?
Try reloading the Canva page and make sure you have a stable internet connection.

If the issue continues, reopen the Interactive Slides app.

4. Can I edit an interactive slide after adding it to my design?
Yes. You can edit an interactive slide after adding it to your design.

Keep in mind that editing an interactive slide that already has responses may affect previously collected results.

5. How can my audience interact with interactive slides during a presentation?
When you add an interactive slide to your Canva design, your audience can join the presentation using the available QR code, join link or join code.

Once they join, they can respond to the interactive slides directly from their own devices.

6. What happens if I close an interactive slide during my presentation?
When you close an interactive slide, it stops accepting new responses and you can show the collected results to your audience.

7. Can I reopen a closed interactive slide?
Yes. You can reopen an interactive slide after closing it.

This allows participants who have not responded yet to submit their answers.

8. Can I use multiple interactive slides in one Canva design?
Yes. You can add multiple interactive slides to the same Canva presentation.

Each interactive slide appears separately in your design, but your audience does not need to reconnect as you move through the presentation.

9. How do I create my own Survey?
Select Survey in the Interactive Slides app and click Manage surveys.

You will be taken to the Vivicon platform, where you can create and save your own Survey.

Once it is ready, return to Canva, open Interactive Slides again, select your Survey and add it to your design.

10. What devices can participants use to join a presentation?
Participants can join using any device with a web browser and internet connection, including smartphones, tablets and computers.

They can use the join link, enter the join code or scan the QR code.

11. Can I use the Interactive Slides app offline?
No. Interactive Slides requires an internet connection to work.

Make sure you have a stable connection while presenting and collecting responses.
